In 2018, Willie partnered with Damien Marshall to launch Pest Medic Solutions. Under their leadership, Pest Medic Solutions has grown into a company known for its customer-first approach and commitment to high quality pest management.
Willie holds educational credentials from both Texas A&M University and Purdue University, where he developed a strong foundation in industry best practices and business operations. His expertise, combined with a deep passion for mentorship, fuels his mission to empower others and inspire the next generation of leaders.
Beyond the boardroom, Willie is a devoted family man. He has been married to his wife, Shunti Spearman, for 23 years, and together they are proud parents of three children. Willie's values of faith, family, and service are reflected in everything he does-from running a successful business to mentoring young professionals and giving back to his community.

In 2018, Damien teamed up with longtime colleague and friend Willie Spearman to launch Pest Medic Solutions. Together, they combined their industry expertise and shared vision to create a company focused on personalized, effective pest control services that put customers first.
As a co-owner, Damien is dedicated to protecting families, homes, and businesses with safe, results-driven solutions. Their motto, "Pest Services Doctored Just For You," reflects the company's mission to provide tailored care for every client.
Outside of work, Damien is a proud husband and father of three, which fuels his passion for creating pest-free environments families can trust.
